Hello Gary
Just to let you know that the acupuncture and, especially, the IMS
treatment that I received from you at the Mary Potter Centre recently
h a s worked brilliantly.
The plantar fasciitis is a distant memory, the dodgy left knee is still
dodgy in that the mechanical problem is still there (it clicks) but it's
s o much l e s s uncomfortable now... a s i s m y lower back, which h a s b e e n
painful for 50 years! Thanks to you and IMS I'm now walking normally
again, turning over in bed without the knee hurting, and getting up from
a chair without flinching because of back pain.
Great that John and I know where t o come now for some treatment that
really works.

Gary came to the house and explained in detail how the procedure worked, h e had
documentary evidence to back up his explanation, his approach was very caring and
professional. I had not heard of IMS before but the explanation seemed s o straightforward
that I felt I understood what the practioner was doing and that it enabled my body to start to
repair itself
I had taken a morphine derivitative for 2 years and additonal anti inflamatory and pregabalin
for nerve pain daily, after 8 sessions I no longer take the morphine derivative and take the
additional medication o n a s and when basis.
Degenerative disc disease blighted my life but I feel that I have got my personality back. The
severe pain that I experienced is no longer there, I am still a little treatment sore a s I write
this, but I know from experience that this will go.I know if I have problems in the future Gary
will only b e a text away.

I really just wanted to say a very big 'Thank You' for your help in getting back to some
semblance of normality. Whilst I know I could be experiencing a little bit of muscle relaxing
due to the pregnancy my back feels 100% better. The stiffness I was experiencing first thing
in the morning is now much less noticeable and lasts for a fraction of the time. Even moving in
bed at night has much improved and I now wake just once or twice rather than the hourly
episodes I had before. All in all I am delighted with the progress you achieved in what seemed
like a fairly short (if a little painful) time. Whilst my pregnancy has come a little earlier than I
would perhaps have planned I a m at least confident that I'm now in much better shape t o deal
with it.
